We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received
Unused, unworn, and with original tags
In original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Note: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Charges

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For change of mind or size issues, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with images or videos so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)
Customized or personalized products
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different product, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via:

Bank Transfer
EasyPaisa
JazzCash

Please provide accurate payment details after your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refund will be issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash (for COD orders)

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
